Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with diagnosing pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture issues
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing equipment
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in paid on-the-job training sessions
- Support emergency plumbing calls after training completion
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 2 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool handling experience preferred
