Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools and materials safely
- Follow blueprints and building codes for all plumbing projects
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
- Document work progress and complete daily task reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to attend evening/weekend training sessions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Ohio
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
