Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial plumbing repairs, pipe fitting, and fixture installations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at every job site.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and basic diagnostic checks on water heaters and pumps.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; we are looking for trainees with a strong desire to learn.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and material calculations.
