Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Shadow and assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide friendly service to homeowners in the Indianapolis area.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by laying out materials, digging trenches, and clearing work areas as directed.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, drain cleaning, and basic pipefitting tasks under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure readiness for daily operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over prior experience. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to job sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic measurements and calculations is helpful.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
