Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all work sites remain clean, organized, and safe for customers and team members.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and build trust.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, local codes, and company protocols.
- Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is more important.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication) are required.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to master the trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
