Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Provide hands-on support to master plumbers during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Tool Management: Organize, transport, and set up plumbing tools and equipment for daily operations.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Load and unload pipes, fittings, and fixtures from delivery vehicles and warehouses.
- Basic Measurements: Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally and provide updates on project progress.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions to learn industry standards and techniques.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from scratch.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn a skilled trade.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the team.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
