Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems using hand and power tools.
- Diagnose Issues: Inspect plumbing systems and identify and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe blockages.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and schematics to plan pipe layouts and system configurations.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients to explain repairs and provide service estimates.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls and resolve urgent plumbing issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn new techniques and a commitment to safety standards.
