Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques for pipefitting, fixture repair, and drain clearing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
- Inventory materials and assist with equipment maintenance
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
