Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to use industry tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints and building codes to ensure proper installations
- Perform basic plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Participate in structured training programs to develop technical skills
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
