Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.</li><li>Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.</li><li>Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, thread, and fit pipes.</li><li>Prepare job sites by moving equipment, gathering materials, and ensuring a clean work environment.</li><li>Communicate with customers to explain work being performed and answer basic questions.</li><li>Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job travel.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Willingness to learn and complete a paid apprenticeship program.</li><li>Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.</li><li>Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.</li></ul>
