Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform diagnostic testing on pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in apprenticeship training programs
- Complete daily paperwork and reporting duties
- Develop expertise in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn technical skills through on-the-job training
- No plumbing experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
