Responsibilities
- Assist licensed journeyman plumbers with daily installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes to ensure compliance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and identify potential issues early.
- Communicate professionally with customers to assess needs and provide updates on service progress.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required; we are looking for eager, trainable candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset.
