Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and set up work areas safely.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, soldering, and threading under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
