Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Learn to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems under supervision.
- Tool Management: Learn the proper use, maintenance, and safety of all plumbing hand and power tools.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites, dig trenches, and ensure work areas are clean and safe.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients, answer questions regarding services, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Material Handling: Transport, unload, and organize pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Learning Code Compliance: Study local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure all work meets safety standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals, regardless of background.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED certification preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements and calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
