Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning
- Conduct preliminary plumbing inspections and diagnostic tests

- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete 3-month paid training program
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Basic math/measurement aptitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
