Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Execute minor repair tasks under supervision, such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and installing fixtures.
- Tool Management: Maintain, clean, and organize tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, answer basic inquiries, and provide updates on job progress.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Project Support: Assist in measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes and tubing according to blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and willing to work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic measurements and calculations.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong desire to succeed in the trades.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to work well within a team.
