Responsibilities

- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and pipe inspection cameras
- Perform emergency repairs for leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions
- Adhere to building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Provide clear estimates and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers for large-scale projects

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately

- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
