Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with North Carolina plumbing codes
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on projects
- Provide accurate job cost estimates and material lists
- Maintain clean, safe work environments and complete job site cleanup
- Submit daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- North Carolina Journeyman Plumber license required
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
