Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose issues using pipe inspection cameras and pressure testing equipment
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures
- Perform emergency services like burst pipe repairs and drain clearing
- Adhere to Chicago plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Complete daily reports and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with electricians and HVAC technicians on complex projects
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois plumbing license (Plumber or Apprentice)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and trenchless technology
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for evening/weekend emergency calls
