Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Adhere to Texas plumbing codes and safety regulations (TAC Chapter 344)
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects
- Provide emergency plumbing services with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Collaborate with construction teams for new development plumbing integration
- Complete detailed work orders and digital documentation
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber License required
- 5+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
