Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems efficiently.
- Install and service water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems according to code.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project status clearly.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License (State of California).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
