Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line inspections for property management clients
- Coordinate with contractors and homeowners for seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Complete accurate work reports and material documentation for daily invoicing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional client communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience
- Valid California state plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Advanced knowledge of trenchless pipe repair methods and video inspection systems
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency service calls
- Experience with both copper and PEX piping systems
