Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations under mentorship
- Assist with pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain clearing
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and professional client interactions
- Document work progress and inventory usage
- Participate in weekly training sessions and safety drills
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certifications (company-sponsored)
