Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and company vehicles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in MA or FL (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Physical ability to handle manual labor and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel between Boston, MA and Florida locations
