Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Fabricate, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures using appropriate tools and materials (copper, PVC, PEX, etc.).
- System Diagnostics: Inspect, test, and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or other issues requiring repair.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, explain technical issues in plain language, and provide accurate quotes for services.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations strictly.
- Tools Maintenance: Maintain and service plumbing tools and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergency service calls as required by the schedule.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the State of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Skills: Proficient in welding, soldering, pipe threading, and using hydrostatic testing equipment.
- Driver's License: A valid, clean Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
