Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Adhere strictly to building codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and emergency calls
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts plumbing license (journeyman or master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in confined spaces
