Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in homes and businesses
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Ensure compliance with Michigan and Ohio plumbing codes
- Provide emergency services during on-call rotations
- Estimate project costs and timelines for clients
- Maintain inventory and order necessary materials
- Mentor junior plumbers and train apprentices
- Document work orders and maintain client records
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan plumber's license (journeyman/master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Ohio plumbing certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
