Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and video inspection cameras
- Perform hydro-jetting and drain cleaning services
- Install water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention devices
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and tools
- Complete service reports and maintain digital records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan plumber's license (required)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
