Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced tools
- Read blueprints and schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with DC/VA plumbing codes and regulations
- Perform water heater installation, repair, and maintenance
- Collaborate with contractors on renovation and new builds
- Provide emergency plumbing services 24/7 rotation
- Maintain detailed service reports and customer communication
Qualifications
- Valid plumbing license for DC or Virginia (or reciprocal state license)
- Minimum 4 years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro jetting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
