What You Will Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnosing and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install new plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drain, and venting systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up and meet safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Michigan Plumber’s License (Journeyman or Master).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
