Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using drain cameras, pressure gauges, and electronic leak detectors
- Perform pipefitting, water heater installations, and sewer line repairs
- Ensure compliance with Texas Plumbing Code and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service with transparent pricing
- Manage inventory and maintain service vehicles
- Mentor junior plumbers on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience or valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Spanish fluency highly valued (60%+ client base)
