Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot common plumbing issues
- Prepare job sites, transport materials, and maintain organized workspaces
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Complete basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning tasks
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
