Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of water systems, vents, and waste lines.
- Locate and diagnose issues such as leaks, clogs, and burst pipes using advanced testing equipment.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all work meets local codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and providing maintenance tips.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including organizing tools and materials after each job.
- Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to schedule appointments and estimate costs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Michigan.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and plumbing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
