Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including leak detection and pipe fixing.
- Install and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics to plan installations.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (apprenticeship program available).
- Must be willing to obtain state licensure and certifications upon employment.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy tools, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts.
- Valid Illinois or Michigan Driver's License (dual state preferred).
