Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency, safety, and compliance with local building codes.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve urgent plumbing issues with speed and professionalism.
- Ensure all work areas are cleaned up after completing a job to maintain high standards of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid State of California Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong working knowledge of piping materials, tools, and blueprints.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
