Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and drains.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and customer communication skills.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and code compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national safety codes and regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering materials as needed to complete jobs efficiently.
- Document all work performed accurately in our digital job management system.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman or Apprentice Plumbing License. (Licensure is mandatory).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
