Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers, explaining technical issues and providing cost estimates.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future breakdowns.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, welding, and leak detection.
- Tools: Must have own basic hand tools or ability to acquire them.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
