Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate assessments of residential and commercial plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and malfunctions.
- Installations: Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local code and manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers, provide accurate estimates, and explain technical issues in a friendly, professional manner.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe after each repair or installation.
- Tools & Equipment: Properly maintain and utilize a variety of hand and power tools to ensure high-quality results.
- Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and local building codes in El Paso.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding plumbing schematics.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in tight spaces, and perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
- Background: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
