Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems according to local codes and regulations.
- Inspect pipes, fixtures, and appliances to identify leaks, clogs, or other issues requiring repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a variety of plumbing equipment, including water heaters and pumps.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide cost estimates for services.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be willing to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
