Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and burst pipes.
- Install, maintain, and replace piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future plumbing emergencies.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes of issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in the plumbing trade.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites throughout the Indianapolis area.
- Strong problem-solving skills and physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and tight spaces.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
