Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local Los Angeles building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical issues clearly to clients.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on water heaters and gas lines.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on-site.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
