Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using blueprints, pressure gauges, and video inspection tools.
- Ensure all work complies with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues in clear terms and providing accurate estimates.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and threaders, with precision and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, fixture installation, and water treatment systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
