Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pressure problems.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all installations comply with local and national building codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (TN).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
