Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and washing machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the work.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, protection, and support, following applicable building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and prevent future issues.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local safety and building regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
