Responsibilities
- Install and repair piping systems, including water, drainage, and gas lines.
- Inspect and diagnose plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and drain snakes.
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to plan pipe layouts.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and provide cost estimates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state licensing and certifications (training provided).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
