Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts with rapid deployment
- Diagnose and repair complex pipe systems, water heaters, and drainage issues
- Install and maintain commercial plumbing fixtures and industrial equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and building codes in all operations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Mentor junior technicians during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience
- Valid California state plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
