Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform emergency diagnostics and repairs for burst pipes, leaks, and drainage issues during night hours
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant installations
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and preventative care on plumbing infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for large-scale construction projects
- Utilize digital diagnostic tools and plumbing software for efficient troubleshooting
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and Massachusetts plumbing codes
- Provide detailed reports and documentation for each service call
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience with night shift or emergency response background
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair, hydro-jetting, and water heater installations
- Proficiency with digital diagnostic tools and plumbing software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces/crawl areas
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
