Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and appliance issues using advanced tools
- Perform emergency repairs during night shifts (leaks, bursts, clogs)
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize future disruptions
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Mentor junior plumbers during overnight operations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
Qualifications
- Valid California state plumbing license (C-36)
- Minimum 4 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency scenarios
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical stamina for overnight work and confined spaces
