Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency service calls during night hours with rapid response times
- Install, maintain, and upgrade water heaters, pumps, and filtration systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex plumbing layouts
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during service calls
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools in optimal condition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license or equivalent reciprocity
- Expert knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and backflow prevention
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing emergencies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for confined spaces, heavy lifting, and extreme weather
- Clean driving record and valid commercial driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
