Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install fixtures, pipes, and water heaters per NYC plumbing codes
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient service routing
- Complete detailed service reports and invoicing
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools in company vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license required
- NYS driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with emergency plumbing repairs
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
